The following are the terms and conditions to our delivery service:

  1. We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place, date and time of delivery requested by you in your Order, within 2-5 working days from the date of any Order.

  2. If we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

  3. On delivery of the Product, you will be required to sign receipt for the goods delivered. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. Once the delivery is signed, we will not be liable for any future claims of wrong or defective Product delivered on this order.

  4. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order with refund of any payment made, or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

  5. We deliver in standard carton packaging of our own choosing. No special packaging requests will be allowed.

  6. All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product.

  7. You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the Product without undue delay. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we will, if this is a residential address, pass the Product to any person who answers the door at your specified shipping address to take delivery of the Product, and their signature for receipt of the Product will be deemed fulfillment of our obligations of the delivery. We are not liable to verify the identity of such person who takes the delivery of the Product. If your specified shipping address is a commercial address (e.g. your office), we will make the attempt to request the reception staff inform you such that you can receive the Product personally at the reception counter. However, if you are not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the Product at the reception counter and the signature of the reception staff or colleage who has taken delivery of the Product on your behalf shall be deemed fulfillment of our obligations of the delivery. We are not liable to verify the identity of such person who takes the delivery of the Product. 

  8. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery from our appointed carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

    • charge you a reasonable administration fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or 

    • no longer make the Product available for delivery and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the applicable Contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product.
