To prevent stretch marks effectively, we recommend you to gently massage your baby bump two times a day from the 3rd
month. Breasts, bottom and thighs should also be included in your pampering exercise.

Now carefully take the skin between thumb and forefinger (starting at the belly button) and pluck it gently.
Finally, spread frei öl® Massage Oil for Pregnant Women over your breasts, bottom, hips and thighs. Massage yourself in these areas using the same soft circular movements before gently starting a lightpinching massage.
