Healthzone Ltd, the owner of Bod®, has transferred majority ownership of the company to Healthy Life Group Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eu Yan Sang International Ltd, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (“EYSI”). With the change in company ownership, the distributorship of Bod® in Singapore will no continue with Melbourne Drugs Pte Ltd.
